Simplified Structure Refresher Training
posted on December 03
Please join us on Sunday, January 31 at 2:00 PM for a Virtual Simplified Structure Refresher Training with Kay Kotan for churches currently using this model for leadership. Kay is a nationally known speaker and leader who has helped many churches to reshape their committee set-up and church structure to streamline administration and make more space for ministry.
The Simplified Structure Refresher training will be a deep dive into the leadership model helping teams prioritize mission and implement the ministries they want to do! This is a great opportunity for churches operating with this leadership structure to train new leaders and do a yearly refresh. A lot has changed since this model was first introduced!
This free virtual training is required for each pastor and at least one member of the leadership team, but the whole team is encouraged to attend. If you are not able to attend, please contact your District Superintendent.
