Join us at 6-8 p.m. on May 15 for an online webinar for lay leaders from your church to help prepare your church to build momentum through the pastoral transition. Led by Kay Kotan (kaykotan.com).

Right Start Event for Church Leadership
The participants will also walk away with the “Collaborative Preparation Guide.” The purpose of the guide fulfills three primary purposes:

1. Establish a clear preliminary lay of the land prior to the new pastor’s arrival
2. Present clear next steps to prepare for and receive the new in-coming pastor
3. Provide the opportunity for a fresh laity perspective on the future of the church towards God’s preferred future
